PDG acquires AFAM GROUP
Under the umbrella of the Powersports Distribution Group (PDG), Hoco Parts and Motoria join forces with AFAM GROUP. AFAM GROUP is a European aftermarket category manager and wholesaler for premium motorcycle parts, specialized in transmission products and batteries. The company is headquartered in Nazareth (Belgium) where it operates a 3,000 m2 warehouse, serving customers across Europe and beyond.
With the acquisition of AFAM GROUP, PDG further positions itself as a leading European wholesaler of premium motorcycle parts and accessories, and as a long term partner for its customers, suppliers, and employees. PDG has the ambition to pursue AFAM GROUP’s successful growth strategy and to further develop the long term partnerships that AFAM GROUP has established with its suppliers and customers.
About AFAM GROUP
AFAM GROUP is a category manager and wholesaler for premium motorcycle parts specialized in transmission (chains and sprockets) and batteries. The AFAM GROUP product assortment consists of several well-reputed own proprietary brands as well as various premium third party brands. The company is the result of a historical merger composed of Dyna Chain (DC) and AFAM. In 2015, the company moved to a new building with 3,000 m2 warehouse space and offices in Nazareth (Belgium), from which it serves a variety of customers across Europe and beyond.
