Torqx Capital Partners enters into a partnership with Hoco Parts
Torqx Capital Partners (“Torqx”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a partnership with the current owners of Hoco Parts, Mr. David O’Neill, Mr. J.P. Bom and Management, regarding the acquisition of Hoco Parts B.V. and its affiliated companies (“Hoco Parts” or “the Company”).
As majority shareholder, Torqx will support Hoco Parts’ management team in realizing their growth plans to further develop Hoco Parts as a leading wholesaler for premium motorcycle products and as a preferred partner for customers, suppliers, and employees.
